The Museum of Art Olomouc, state contributory organization will recruit an employee for the position of:

Accountant/Personnel Manager

What to expect:

• Processing customer and supplier invoices.
• Internal accounting
• Processing domestic travel orders
• Tracking fleet costs
• Recording of long-term contracts in the record-keeping software
• Working with other colleagues on closing work
• Managing the personnel agenda and coordinating the personnel development of the organisations activities

What we expect from you:

• min. secondary education with a high school diploma or economics degree - necessary
• knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping and financial statements
• orientation in the field of personnel management
• knowledge of Gordic accounting software an advantage
• knowledge of computer technology and programs - MS Office
• knowledge of the CSO for contributory organisations
• pleasant demeanour, responsibility, diligence, organisational skills
• experience with accounting in POs an advantage
• experience in the field and experience of working in a team
• criminal record
