Presentation of the finished tapestry by Ivan Medek

As part of the European Heritage Days, a new tapestry from the workshop of the Moravian Tapestry Manufactory Action Wave, which was created based on a painting by Mikuláš Medek, will be presented at the Art of Tapestry exhibition. It was relatively recently acquired by a major Czech collector from the USA. The tapestry is also interesting in that its motif is indirectly related to the technique of the tapestry and should be the first exhibit of the intended Museum of the Modern Tapestry in Valašské Meziříčí.
