Animation programmes for adults
Adult visitors may also experience an unusual visit to our gallery. During the animations we offer selected short-term exhibitions, providing interesting facts about selected exhibits and, under the guidance of the museum pedagogue, you can participate in the programme in art and drama etudes.

The tours of the current exhibitions are guided by the curator or a qualified art historian.

Museum night
Malí i velcí v muzejní noci / The Small and the Big in the Museum Night - this is the traditional subtitle of the popular programmes during which children and adults may visit both museums during the evening. However, as it is usual during the museum nights, it is not just a free entrance to the museum at an unusual time; we also prepare animation programmes for families with children, guided tours, concerts, film projections and theatre performances.

Art events with artists
In our museum, you can create personally with the authors of the current exhibitions. Workshops given by the artists displaying their works are very attractive and open to the general public.

Weekend workshops
A rich offer of educational programmes related to the current exhibitions is often supplemented by creative weekend workshops for children with accompanying adults and also for adults only. We reflect on the thematic focus of the exhibitions and conduct the workshops ourselves or invite qualified specialists and external instructors.

Occasional events
We offer special programmes on the occasion of European Heritage Days, The Night of Churches and public holidays. Art happenings, guided tours and concerts are all part of our accompanying programme.
