ARCHDIOCESAN MUSEUM IN KROMĚŘÍŽ

Only 67 sheets of drawings have been preserved in the Kroměříž collection of old masters’ drawings, yet the collection is considered to be the equal of the museum’s famous collection of paintings. It represents all the important Italian art centres of the 16th and the first half of the 17th centuries: Florence, Bologna, Siena, Milan, Genoa, Rome, and Venice.  The unique collection will be presented within a new permanent exposition.
