The Hortus Magicus festival in Kroměříž is a charming three-day event full of unforgettable experiences, pleasant sounds of baroque and classicist music, variety and aroma of floral arrangements, tastes of selected dishes and colors of period costumes. This years seventh year will take place on August 7-9, 2020. All performances will take place in the entire Flower Garden and its architectural gems.

Although we were preparing the theme "King David" for this year, the changes to which the implementation team had to respond as a result of the coronavirus crisis brought a new theme, which is "Transformation - Four Seasons". In some activities, the change or exchange of themes will concern King David and foreshadow the theme for 2021. This years greatest thematic inspiration is naturally based on the work Four Seasons by the Baroque composer Antonio Vivaldi, and hence the thematic variability and diversity of all festival activities. We can be most aware of these changes in nature, especially through the alternation of seasons. Educational games prepared in the garden in several locations will allow you to not only experience the changes, but also to become their originator - creator.
