Hana Connor and Filip Jandourek: Black tears

A show of young Czech photographers Hana Connor and Filip Jandourka at Café Amadeus will show the worlds most endangered and most endangered parts.

Hana Connor collaborates with the Doctors Without Borders organization and she documentings life in areas affected by humanitarian disasters. This work led her to countries like Cambodia, India, or Bangladesh. Connor graduated from the University of Perth in Australia, and has several awards in her collection: TAFE Best Portfolio in 2007, Australian Ilford 1st Prize in 2006, Australian Ilford 1st Prize in 2007.

The second author is Filip Jandourek, who works for Czech Radio. He also deals with documentary photography and focuses on portraits. He was awarded for his work in the Czech Press Photo competition, during a series of portraits he made during protests at the Majdan in Ukraine in 2014.
