We published the second Muzeion

The second issue of the magazine Muzeion is from today available for free in a cash desks in the Museum of Modern Art in Denis Street and in the Olomouc Archdiocesan Museum on Wenceslas Square.

The magazine offers insights into current and upcoming exhibitions, an interview with art historian Ladislav Daniel and represents the reinstallation of the permanent exhibition "In Glory and Praise", which we prepare for the tenth anniversary of the opening of the Archdiocesan Museum.

"For the title page of the second issue, we chosed the scenery and costumes from the nineteenth century. To this century is dedicated the fourth and last gallery Olomoucká - currently open exhibition,"said museum spokesman Peter Bielesz. 19th century atmosphere in the exhibition is completed by biedermayer room.

Magazine concept and his title page indicate that the Museum of Art is open institution. For art lovers we offer not only exhibitions and permanent exhibitions, but also attractive accompanying program in the form of gallery animation, art workshops and guided tours, as well as many cultural events - concerts, theater performances and lectures - held in the Music Theatre and the Hall of the Mozarteum.

Muzeion published in one thousand copies and in addition to the Museum of Arts you can also find him in selected cafes, libraries or the bookstore Kosmas. Members of the Association of Friends of the Museum of Arts receive the magazine free of charge by mail.
