The guest of Vladimír Hrabal will be the Mayor of Olomouc Antonín Staněk

The 24st Mayor of Olomouc and the deputy of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, Antonín Staněk, will be the guest of program of Vladimír Hrabal Invitation to the Glass - Personalities of the Olomouc Region. The talk will begin at Café 87 in 6:30 P.M.

University teacher Antonín Staněk has been head of Olomouc since November 10, 2014, when he succeeded in negotiating a coalition of the ČSSD with the ODS, KDU-ČSL and TOP 09 but the city council is four years longer. Staněks political career began in 2001, when he joined the ČSSD. Now she is in her presidency and since last autumn she is also a deputy of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. The Olomouc native is closely associated with the local university, where he still works at the Faculty of Education, as a lecturer.
