Public paintings – a novelty for the European Heritage Days

Symbolism, motifs importance or significance of detail reveals passers-by on Friday and Saturday lecturers of Museum of Arts on two selected works from its own collections.

Marek Šobáň illustrates using image copies in the courtyard of the Olomouc Archdiocesan Museum symbolism of flowers called the Madonna of the Rosary (John I. van den Hecke: Rosary Madonna in the floral wreath, around 1671).
