Open Day of Ministry of Culture

We will open the gates for you Nostitz Palace (Maltese Square 1, Prague 1) - seat of Ministry of Culture Czech Republic. The Open Day will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2018 is for you to open 10 to 17 hours.
You have the opportunity to see the early Baroque Nostitz Palace, which is considered the most beautiful residence of the Ministry of Culture in the world. In Nostitz Palace you can admire the magnificent ceremonial halls, which are currently used to transmit different prizes to outstanding personalities, for cultural events, to receive important visitors or to conduct meetings. Visiting the palace picture gallery with many notable works of the old masters, look into the magnificent Chapel of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and the famous Nostitz library, which contains about 14,000 books.
On the ground floor of the palace will be presented all contributing organizations of the Ministry of Culture, including the Olomouc Museum of Art.
