Secrets hidden underground

24 April – 15 June 2014
Archdiocesan Museum in Olomouc | Ambit

Two prominent cities, two squares, two sets of revealing archeological research. Familiarize yourselves with the results of experts´ research in the Main Market Square in Krakow and the Lower Square in Olomouc. In the cloister walk of Zdík´s Palace, you can acquaint yourselves with a unique Krakow Underground Museum in the city´s main square, one of the largest archeological exhibitions in Europe, as well as with the often-surprising results of the archaeological survey of Olomouc Lower Square, which took place prior to its reconstruction. The exhibition, which we hold in cooperation with the National Heritage Institute in Olomouc and the Statutory City of Olomouc, will be accompanied by a rich programme.
