The high quality driven medal in neoclassical style commemorates the deceased Betty Jeitteles (1808 - 1869), whose portrait is on the front. On the reverse is a plant wreath in which the author has placed an eleven-line legend commemorating the exceptionality of the deceased woman (selflessness, a good heart, a sense of responsibility).
